When will my subscriptions ship?
Your first box will be shipped within a day or so of placing your first order. Your renewal payment will occur on the 27th of each month for the duration of your subscription, and subscriptions packs will be shipped on or around the 1st of the month. If your order is placed after the 1st of the month, we may need to make an adjustment to the selection in your pack based on inventory availability. This will usually not be an issue, but if this does occur, we will do our best to ensure you receive something of equal or greater value.
How Does the Subscription Work?
Select the level of subscription pack that you would like, and place your order. You’ll typically receive your first pack within a few days of ordering, and the packs will continue to arrive monthly unless you decide to pause or cancel your subscription. How do Gift Subscriptions Work?
Gift subscriptions work basically the same regular subscriptions. Each month we’ll send one of our subscription packs to the gift recipient. Their packs will continue every month for the duration of the gift subscription. When checking out, your cart will show the initial purchase amount and a recurring total of $0.00 / month for X months. The “X” indicated how many additional shipments will be sent besides the 1st one after checkout.
Can I change the level of my subscription?
Of course! If you want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, you may do so at any time. Simply go to your account, select subscriptions, and then click view my subscription to make any adjustment you like. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate change requests to gift subscriptions.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription? How do I do so?
Yes, you may cancel your subscription anytime by visiting your account, sending us a message via our contact page, or via live chat.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription after my renewal is processed on the 27th, but before it is shipped out on the 1st?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription renewals are processed and billed on the 27th of each month. If you choose to cancel your subscription between the 27th and the 1st, you will still receive the selection you have been billed for as your final shipment. We are unable to cancel a subscription shipment after it has been billed.
Can I cancel a gift subscription and get a refund?
In most cases we are not able to cancel or provide refunds for your gift subscription. Under extenuating circumstances we may make exceptions to our policy. If you have questions, please contact us.
What should I expect in my subscription pack?
Each month our team will carefully select an outstanding assortment of premium cigars for each level of our subscription. You’ll receive a pack that contains 5 cigars. Our gift subscription will feature the same quality selection as our monthly subscription packs.
What types of brands should I expect?
You’ll receive selections from both stalwarts of the industry and today’s hottest boutique brands. We maintain one of the largest selections of premium, hand-made cigars in the southwest. Each month we’ll pull from our collection to bring you the best club pack on the market.
Is Cigar King Club the same thing as Cigarking.com?
It’s complicated. The answer is not as straight forward as yes or no. Cigar King Club is a separate website and business with our own unique spin. Our goal is to provide a different experience by providing a monthly delivery of hand selected premium cigars at a discount every time. Plus, if there’s something you really enjoyed in your selection, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional cigars with your exclusive member discount. Cigarking.com operates with its own set of products, rewards, and rules. What is the same? We share credit card processing, access to massive inventory, and shipping facility. Both offer excellent selection and service.
I live out of state. Will I be charged taxes?
Depending on the state you live in, we may be required to collect sales tax based on your location. It is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that your tax liability is met based on your local requirements.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.
