The AJ Fernandez Enclave Broadleaf is a special cigar in their diverse portfolio of premium cigars. It was the first cigar in his own portfolio for which he used a Broadleaf wrapper. Sure he’s used this leaf before in other collaborations, but for AJ to select it for his own cigar, the blend had to be something exceptional (and it is). As a follow up to his acclaimed Enclave Habano line, the Broadleaf blend uses a full strength core of Nicaraguan filler and binder tobaccos grown on his farms. The wrapper is thick and meaty and balances some of the more robust characteristics of the core. Tasting notes include flavors of leather, milk chocolate, and earth, with hints of vanilla, pepper, and nuts. The AJ Fernandez Enclave Broadleaf is a substantial cigar that showcases Aj’s talent as a master blender.
